The company is registered in the United Arab Emirates and operated by FIVE6 GLOBAL LLC.

Can I request a quotation?+

Yes. Use the Request a Quote page to submit a detailed specification. You will receive a written quotation with pricing, currency and terms.

Do you accept wholesale orders?+

Wholesale enquiries are welcome. Availability, pricing and fulfilment terms are confirmed after review.

Which currencies do you accept?+

AED, USD and EUR. The final transaction currency is displayed before payment.

How do I confirm product availability?+

Submit a quotation request. Availability is confirmed in writing before any payment is requested.

Are prices inclusive of tax?+

Applicable tax is stated in the quotation and shown at checkout.

What is the minimum-order quantity?+

MOQs vary by product and are confirmed in the quotation or on the product page.

Which countries do you deliver to?+

Approved delivery regions are confirmed in the quotation. Delivery outside the approved regions is not offered.

How long does fulfilment take?+

Lead times depend on the product, quantity and delivery destination, and are stated in the quotation.

Can I change or cancel an order?+

Requests are handled in line with the Refund and Cancellation Policy, subject to the stage the order has reached.

How do I request a refund?+

Contact customer support with your order reference. Refund eligibility follows the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

What happens if a payment fails?+

The order is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed. Failed payments do not create a charge.

How do I obtain an invoice?+

Invoices and receipts are issued after successful payment and are available from the customer account area.

Can suppliers submit their catalogues?+

Yes, through the Supplier Enquiry page. Submission does not create a partnership or purchase commitment.
