Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Policy sets out the practical refund and cancellation rules that apply to orders placed with FIVE6 GLOBAL LLC.

Section 01

Cancellation before processing

Orders may be cancelled without charge before processing has commenced.

Section 02

Cancellation after processing

Once processing has started, costs already incurred (packaging, dispatch preparation, sourced components) may be deducted from the refund.

Section 03

Custom and special-order products

Custom or special-order products are not returnable once production has begun.

Section 04

Wholesale orders

Wholesale cancellations follow the terms of the accepted quotation or commercial agreement.

Section 05

Damaged or incorrect items

Report damage or incorrect items on receipt with supporting photographs. Approved cases are resolved through replacement or refund.

Section 06

Duplicate or failed payments

Duplicate charges caused by payment-processing errors are refunded in full. Failed payments do not result in a charge.

Section 07

Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and issuing bank.

Section 08

Delivery charges and restocking

Delivery charges are refundable only where the order was cancelled before dispatch or where the fault lies with FIVE6 GLOBAL LLC or its carrier.

Section 09

Non-returnable categories

Custom products, special orders, opened hygiene-sensitive items, perishable goods, digital goods and services already delivered are not returnable.
