Cancellation and Refund Policy
How an accepted engagement with FIVE6 GLOBAL LLC can be cancelled, and how any invoiced amount is treated.
Cancellation terms
- Before acceptance
- An enquiry can be withdrawn at any time before a written scope is accepted. Nothing is owed, because no engagement exists until acceptance.
- After acceptance, before work starts
- If you cancel in writing before work has started, any amount already invoiced is reviewed and, where no work has been carried out, refunded or credited in full.
- After work has started
- Where work has begun, amounts are assessed against the work actually carried out up to the date written cancellation is received. Any remaining balance is refunded or credited.
- Scheduled discussions
- A scheduled discussion may be rescheduled once at no charge if we receive written notice before the agreed time. Later changes are assessed case by case.
- Completed written deliverables
- Once a written deliverable has been issued, it is treated as delivered. Concerns about the deliverable are handled under the Complaints Policy rather than by automatic refund.
- Retainers
- A retainer is cancelled in line with the notice period stated in its written terms. Unused allocation does not carry over unless the terms say so.
- Cancellation by us
- We may end an engagement in writing where a conflict, legal restriction or change in circumstances prevents delivery. Amounts for work not carried out are refunded.
- How to cancel
- Send written notice to management@five6global.online quoting your engagement reference. We acknowledge cancellation notices in writing.
- Refund method and timing
- Refunds are made to the account from which payment was received, and the timing confirmed in writing when the refund is agreed.
No payment is taken on this website
No card details, payments or deposits are collected through this website. Any invoice is issued directly by FIVE6 GLOBAL LLC after a written scope has been accepted. Do not transfer funds unless written payment instructions have been issued and confirmed directly by us.
