Service Fulfilment Policy

How FIVE6 GLOBAL LLC delivers an engagement once it has been accepted in writing.

Basis of delivery

Nature of the service: All engagements are professional services delivered remotely or at an agreed location. No physical goods are sold, stocked or shipped, and no delivery timescales for goods are offered.
Written scope required: Delivery is limited to the deliverables, inclusions and exclusions set out in the written scope accepted by an authorised contact at your company. Anything outside that scope is a separate engagement.
Start of work: Work begins only after written acceptance. No work is started, and no funds are requested, on the basis of a website enquiry alone.
Timelines: Any timeline is stated in the accepted scope. Timelines run from acceptance and depend on receipt of the inputs you agreed to provide.
Client inputs: If required inputs are not supplied, delivery dates move accordingly. We will confirm any such change in writing.
Outcomes: We deliver defined work products and coordination activity. We do not guarantee any commercial outcome, agreement, transaction or the participation of any third party.
Payment: No payment is taken through this website. Where a fee applies, an invoice is issued directly by FIVE6 GLOBAL LLC after scope acceptance. Do not transfer funds unless written payment instructions have been issued and confirmed directly by us.
Confidentiality: Information you provide for an engagement is used for that engagement. Confidentiality requirements can be recorded in the written scope.

Stage 01
Enquiry
You submit the requirement, the market and the authorised contact. Nothing is committed at this point.
Stage 02
Eligibility and scope review
We review whether the requirement falls within our licensed and active scope, and check for conflicts.
Stage 03
Written proposal
If we can assist, we issue a written scope setting out deliverables, exclusions, timing and fees.
Stage 04
Acceptance by an authorised contact
The proposal is accepted in writing by someone authorised to commit your company, with billing details confirmed.
Stage 05
Invoice issued directly
An invoice is issued by us directly. No payment is taken through this website and no funds are requested before scope acceptance.
Stage 06
Engagement reference and delivery
You receive an engagement reference and written confirmation, and delivery proceeds against the accepted scope.
